Who you contract with

Vilomedia is operated by Vilo Media Group FZCO, Burjuman Business Tower, Office 905, 9th Floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Vilomedia”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of vilomedia.vilostudios.com and related services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Vilomedia, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Agreement, and any program rules you join (Plus, Portal, adaptations, translations, contests, ads). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these documents with notice when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Accounts & age

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your accounts (including switched accounts on the same device).

You must be at least 13 years old to register and use Vilomedia.

You must be at least 18 years old to access NSFW features (after age verification) and to receive payments or payouts from Vilomedia (ad revenue, Portal, adaptations, crowdfunding payouts, and similar).

Provide accurate registration details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or law, or that abuse the platform (spam, fraud, scraping, evasion of safety systems).

Your content & IP

You retain ownership of original work you upload. Publishing does not transfer copyright to us by default.

You grant Vilomedia a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, cache, display, stream, promote, and otherwise operate the platform with your content. Details are in the Content Agreement.

For Vilomedia originals and anime adaptations, any shared or assigned IP rights are only those agreed in a separate written deal.

AI / synthetic content - total ban

Publishing AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted novels, manga, comics, covers, or chapter art is prohibited. Machine-learning generated substitutes for human creative work are not allowed on Vilomedia. Violations are bannable.

Payments

Tips, Plus, ads, crowdfunding, and merchandise are processed by Stripe under the prices shown at checkout. Tip and Plus refund rules are in Payments & refunds.

You may cancel Plus anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal charge. See Payments & refunds for limited exception refunds.

Platform rights & disclaimer

We may moderate content, remove violating material, rate-limit features, and change the product with notice when practical. The service is provided “as is” within applicable law.
